VCU Fit 500
After Spring Break, it’s time to get your body tuned up for summer! Our NASCAR themed program will get you where you want to go! Teams of 3 participants log their minutes exercised at any Rec Sports facility, and enter their time in the Fit 500 log book. Minutes are converted into race miles, and the team that reaches 500 miles first during the 6 week competition wins. Prizes will be awarded in men’s, women’s and co-ed divisions. All participants who complete the Fit 500 will receive a T-shirt.
VCU Fit 500 Registration: February 28- March 18, at the service desk at either facility.
VCU Fit 500 runs: March 21 – May 1
